The more I think about it, the more I think Adaptation was actually a good movie, despite my initial reaction. Yyyyeah, I'll see it a second time. Someday. Not right now. (Well, not like I could if I wanted to, what with all the crazy koo-koo picket lines at the Somerville.)

The projectionists are on strike, apparently, or maybe are just being cranky. There's reports and commentary about it yonder. Apparently, it's not so much a picket as it is a protest (lacking any kind of union endorsement), and involving protesters who are trying to act like picketers, being often confused and sometimes ass-like (i.e. yelling "Scab!" at people buying tickets... okie-dokie). And also alleged police brutality. @whee.
