Also, I have a policy about never correcting anyone about my name's spelling, or even what my name is. My tolerance is very high, because people get it wrong all the time, and correcting all them would just make me feel too picky. I have answered to Justin, James and Josh more than a few times.

It's worth noting that 'jmac' does not represent a misspelling, because it's actually a two-letter interleaving of my first and last names. :)
