A couple of months ago I was talking to a friend about some disappointment I was feeling, and she responded by drawing a comic strip on a napkin. The title of the strip was "The Cycle of Jmac". It started out with a stick figure representation of Y.T., looking blank. Suddendly, an idea strikes! His head expands with manic glee as he shouts and cavorts. But then, another stick figure approaches him, saying "One small problem..." And stick-jmac deflates back into looking blank.
