Most of this (as far as usage goes) looks like it was lifted directly from a flash animation parody of 50's educational films all about the word 'fuck'. http://www.funnypics.cc/media/history_of_the_f-word.php

Which someone else said is also based on a Monty Python skit -- I don't know who said that but I can see Monty Python doing something like this.
