Well, all that drinking and showing their fannies each year--why, it was a regular Sodom! And then they thumbed their nose at our President, with 78% of the vote in Orleans Parish last fall for Kerry, and 22% for Bush. God gave those America-hating heathens everything they deserved!

(I think you said you disliked sarcasm. Oh well.)

(And dammit, it really was one of the only cities in the Deep South to which I would've been willing to move. It was really beautiful.)

To be fair, he did give it two very brief paragraphs the other day while he was speaking at length about WWII (and trying to equate the US effort there with Iraq). gah
