According to the Fed Ex tracking website, the bagels arrived in the Medford depot after the courier left for their morning deliveries, several hours ago. It marks this as a Shipping Exception in ominous bold type and says no more.

Moan. This stuff just kills me. I'm sitting here frantic not sure what to do with this information. I'm guessing that calling Fedex wouldn't help because they're the ones who told me about it, after all.

Poor bagels, slowly going stale in a forgotten box in the corner. Poor expensive bagels. Argh.
