OK, I just wrote and cron-installed a script that will, every night at midnight, grab any LJ posts I made during the previous day that are both public and possessing a special watermark tag of my own making. These will dump themselves into my own database, and show up on my public weblog site.

So LJ has now offically become my primary personal blog, and I no longer need to complain about it. Whee

Maybe the thing that sealed it for me was the latest ijournal, which gets better with every release. A simple and subtle program.

Now I have to finish chapter 1 somehow before tomorrow. Yii
