I plan on getting a lot of writing done, despite all the driving and gaming. The book is supposed to be half done now, and... it almost is, sort of. Yesterday I picked up a ciggy lighter power adapter ($45, from Belkin -- half what I was expecting to pay) to facilitate automotive authorship (at least some of Perl & XML was written in the back seat of Cthulhia's previous car when the three of us went to NYC on a lark last fall) and I don't think it's too outrageous to think I can put in three or four hours a day into writing, in the midst of the Big Experiment. I did it with P&X at Arisia, after all. I actually trust myself, here... I can let myself go, have fun, but when the time comes, I'll start to feel too antsy, and will have to excuse myself for a while. It should be fine.
It'll be nice if there's Internet access, but I'm not expecting it. So, I'll be available mainly through cell phone. If you think you need my cell number, yell at me. Ta-ta.
