President-in-exile Al Gore is gonna poke Dean with his Happy Finger of Bendiction.

I'm excited and nervous. While I'm not really supporting any one candidate yet, I like a lot about Dean, and am dreading his upcoming ordeals... the Eye of Bûshron was already starting to focus on his campaign, but now it will scrutinize it to the core, seeking any little thing to blow up into a scandal, or at least make him look like a softie, or whatever.

Of course, I say that while most attacks on his campaign continue to come from his fellow party members. Learned about the "even-handed" faux pas from Snopes this evening, which apparently didn't make as many waves as the more obvious forehead-slapper of the pickup-truck line, but still shows that he's gotta be very, very careful of the things he says over the next year.
