Well, here it is, the start of Kerry's Iraq-centered attack run on the president. I think this is a very strong speech, probably containing no sentiments you haven't seen before, but nicely summarized, and in a powerful framing context.
I agree that the speech is well done. Finally, some signs of backbone in his campaign. I hope that he can be loud enough in ways like this up to election day. As for what kind of page would really be turned by Kerry's foreign policy, I only hope we even get to deal with that possibility.
