This BoingBoing post reminds me of FurbyHaus, which I think also counts as a wunderkammern. Cool word.
Though I wunder if the wunder in German exports like "wunderkammern" and "wunderkind" is expected to be pronounced like "wonder" or "voonder" by us Anglos. dictionary.com sez either works but lists the latter first. Hm.
