Update: My mom, who is very wise about all things real estate, thinks it sounds good, and M just now called to say that she and N are willing to pounce on this thing right now if I am. I said: OK.

Harrumph. I instictively feel like we're rushing things by jumping at Thing One on Day One, but I think that can't be helped, given the market.
