progOoh. I get a little thrill when I look at the D vs. R congrssional-race poll chart in the bottom right of PollingReport.com's front page. Should I? For all I know it's looked just like this since 1994 but the concentrations of Republican voters and district shapes are enough to assure a Red win anyway. Any insight from y'all on this?
