I first saw in in Spatch's LJ (click the image). And Googling it leads to the discovery that Boston-area yoots have already adopted the phrase for MySpace usernames and so on.

on the tv ad for recognizing stroke signs, the whole thing is sung in a jaunty little ditty and "bof fri fleu" comes out of a woman's mouth in a speech bubble.
