progShadow the cat is here. She seemed excited and curious at first, but after my parents left and stayed gone she got pretty upset, and has since been avoiding me, sneaking around with her tail down, and hissing at me if I seem to be approaching her deliberately.
This is not at all like the last in-home cat-sitting job I did! I hope she gets over it soon.
Heh, I hear her using the litterbox now, so some of it's going right.
