I don't completely understand it myself so I didn't want to feign too much detail. But basically our Ms. M. Kitty has, since I first met her in 2005, dedicated her entire life (I am not exaggerating this) to earning mega-ultra-plus-level Cisco certification, which involves taking a grueling day-long test that's only administered at a specific location a few times per year. After several attempts, she has finally done it. And now (as keimel sez) she can charge metric buttloads of money for looking at your routers.
