Boring BGG question
Do posts to BGG take a while to show up, or is this abnormal? We all love the Geek but the site is so abysmally set up that I don't hope to find this answer in a FAQ anywhere.
[Update Oh, I see a teeny-tiny Moderators link now. And a local that I know is one of them! How about that.]
Yes, more Gameshelf promotion. Have hopped pillars again in anticipation of the Tuesday shoot. The shoot is, if not exactly planned, at least contingencied.
Last weekend I got some media in for Episode 6 that will make it very different from every episode so far. I shall say no more here. It's a surprise!

If you host this on BGG (or embed it with YouTube), I would approve it, but at the hotlink that it is right now, I can't approve it as a review. Try posting it in the forum.
Not a review
I... what?

I replied to one of them asking for some clarification. It's kind of a fuck-you to post something in good faith and be marked as spam, though.

You might want to just post the link to the Links section, rather than making a forum post. Your review is an "external review", and I've seen other such (non-video) external reviews linked that way.

If the site had any documentation about what sorts of posts belonged where that would sure be nice, especially since it's clearly not self-evident.

I notice that Board Games With Scott gets posted in the non-game-specific forums (under Podcasts & Blogs). I'm not sure if he goes back and adds links to these posts from each game entry, but I didn't see anything in the Yspahan entry, for instance. This seems somewhat non-optimal, since only people who are interested generally in podcasts will see it, as opposed to people who are interested in the specific game. On the other hand, your audience probably would come more from the former than the latter.
