ING DIRECT ("WE PUT THE CAPS-LOCK IN CAPITAL") just bought my bank.

Any experience with them? Should I accept this, or run away?

I have an ING Orange account. I haven't done a whole lot with it aside from keeping extra money in it so I'm not so tempted to spend it. The interest rate I have is considerably better than any of my local banks. I'm pretty happy with them.
