ING DIRECT ("WE PUT THE CAPS-LOCK IN CAPITAL") just bought my bank.

Any experience with them? Should I accept this, or run away?

i have an orange savings account with them. they have been way better than my regular bank, BoA, in terms of customer services and managing hassles. and i like the lion.

I have an ING Orange account. I haven't done a whole lot with it aside from keeping extra money in it so I'm not so tempted to spend it. The interest rate I have is considerably better than any of my local banks. I'm pretty happy with them.

I have one of those ING DIRECT "Orange" savings accounts. I have no complaints, and am able to do everything I want to do online. Of course, really, I don't ask much of them* so they haven't really had a chance to give me a bad experience.

*I check my balance, I transfer in money from my not-ING DIRECT checking account, and that's about it.

I also have a couple of orange savings accounts. They have a nice user interface and I have no complaints. Good rate, etc. Everything that people have already said. :)
