Dear Hivemind: THE BANK THAT YELLS

ING DIRECT ("WE PUT THE CAPS-LOCK IN CAPITAL") just bought my bank.

Any experience with them? Should I accept this, or run away?

I have one of those ING DIRECT "Orange" savings accounts. I have no complaints, and am able to do everything I want to do online. Of course, really, I don't ask much of them* so they haven't really had a chance to give me a bad experience.

*I check my balance, I transfer in money from my not-ING DIRECT checking account, and that's about it.
