ING DIRECT ("WE PUT THE CAPS-LOCK IN CAPITAL") just bought my bank.

Any experience with them? Should I accept this, or run away?

Then this is the laziest good financial non-decision I ever made!

Sounds like it's a nice antidote to any lingering malaise from BoA buying my credit card company (which I'm still with, because: lazy).
