How would you describe Neal Stephenson in one word? Neo-cyberpunk? Post-cyberpunk? Geekpunk?

I cite his command-line essay in a footnote, and would like to identify him somehow...

I think calling him "cyberpunk" is sufficient, but then, I haven't read Diamond Age or, heaven help me, Cryptonomicon.
