Who would fin in a fight between the father who is a dentist from "Fox Trot" and the father who is a dentist from "For Better or for Worse?"

I think the Fox Trot guy is a dentist. I could be wrong.

Anyway, the FBOFW guy, while still cartoony, is drawn more realistically and is comfortable in any reasonable pose or angle, so he has the drop on the FT guy, who is drawn in a clean-line minimalist style and constrained to relatively few poses and angles. However, FBOFW man, being a FBOFW character, has to stop and stare into the distance every so often when he hears or says something profound, giving the FT guy, who needs only to wisecrack and be goofy or confused, time to tip the scales in his favor.

This has nothing to do with the fact that either is dentist, except that they both are. Hence, BATTEL!!1!

I am pretty certain that Roger Fox is not a dentist, although despite a few minutes of web searching, I was unable to ascertain what his profession actually is. Every site seems to just leave that off, even if they mention that he does work, who his boss is, what floor he works on, etc. The only logical conclusion that can be reached is that he is a drug dealer.

The FT dad is some kind of office guy. At one point, the boss sends budget type stuff home with him, with the obvious intent that Jason will check over his work. So, no dentist. And the mom is a writer.
