All Things Considered either y'day or Monday showcased a Jim's Big Ego song, the theme of which was 'thank goodness it's over' but I don't remember the title offhand. it was confusing at first, I thought someone had been fooling with my station settings, but then it was over and they IDed it. weird!
this often happens to me, that things referenced one place pop up in another, but it's always startling.
That was "New Lang Syne (Thank God It's Over)". I got to hear Jim 'n
the boys sing it live last Friday, and he said it'd be on 12/31's ATC,
but I was too busy running around in freezing weather looking at giant
inflatable body parts on Boston Common to hear it then.
It's been published on bigego.com as another Flash-absed video since I
made this comment, and there is a link on bigego.com right now that
lets you send it (or maybe just a URL pointing to it)... I subjected
the After Dinner Mints list to this.
