Scooped!

Well, all my work into BrainDump is apparently for naught. VoodooPad already does it all. Oh well.

I actually hadn't worked on the app in several weeks. Still... rats. This is the first time I've been scooped in software creation. It's frighteningly close to what I had in mind, but I guess if you like both Wikis and Macs, many core design decisions are pretty obvious.

Well, in a way, it lets me start using my application right now, without even having to write it first. So that's pretty nice, I guess, cuz it's a great idea.

I had been contemplating bugging you for a copy of BrainDump when it sounded like it was getting useful enough for non-JMacs to use.

It was/is exactly the sort of thing that I have wanted for a long time, myself. I will try the app that you have mentioned and see if it is any good. Perhaps VoodooPad has some major limitations that BrainDump wouldn't have had?

I wouldn't shelve the BrainDump concept away forever. Besides, BrainDump is just too good of a name!
