A bizarre WSJ story, and I say it is so because it contains the phrase "according to former Ronalds".

I'd be amused at the story if it wasn't so slimy. I'm happy that the world has room in its heart for one successful clown, even a commercial clown, but I'm sad that his purpose lies solely in getting kids to eat outrageously unhealthy food (and, optimally, to continue doing so as grown-ups). But what force on Earth attracts children more universally than Greasy Kids' Stuff? I don't know.
