Scorching heat is an excellent appetite suppressant. Not only is eating the last thing on my mind as I wiltedly slouch through my day, when lunchtime comes 'round, I stand up, only to sit back down, thinking: Hmm. Going outside, versus staying vaguely hungry for a few more hours. Yeah, it's just not worth it.
