Sort of. I'm going to take it easy with the food coz I don't feel hungry, despite not having eaten (and retained) anything but a bowl of chicken both over the last two days. I take this as a sign to go slow.

Mmmm Most of last night actually saw me concentrating more on staving off a terrible caffeine-withdrawl headache, from going a whole day without coffee. I can't imagine the last time that happened. Was snacking on Excederins, and even chewed on the Jolt gum that
