Sort of. I'm going to take it easy with the food coz I don't feel hungry, despite not having eaten (and retained) anything but a bowl of chicken both over the last two days. I take this as a sign to go slow.
About to enjoy another bowl o broth. Mmmm
Most of last night actually saw me concentrating more on staving off a terrible caffeine-withdrawl headache, from going a whole day without coffee. I can't imagine the last time that happened. Was snacking on Excederins, and even chewed on the Jolt gum that
meerkitty happened to give me a while ago. Ironically, when I had enough to achieve equilibrium, I dropped into 8 hours of solid sleep.

Date: 2005-07-27 08:31 pm (UTC)Really I'm not all that much of a fan of caffeiene as I am for the whole coffee experience, the mind-sharpening properties being just one aspect. So I don't hound the penguins or the bawls or all the other thinkgeek.com snacks a lot either.
