Ricky found his ticket. Having a pretty good evening, actually.

Certain friends may be amused to learn that my brother has apparently been cast as a wizard of some sort in a no-budget movie being produced by "Crazy Eddie", the proprietor of Bangor's famous La Junque Shoppe. Northern friends because everyone remembers that place (even if few may have dared actually enter), and some southern friends because this guy from my own RL past seems to have just become a contact for my Nephilim RPG character.

In other news, my new laptop power cord has vanished. I bought a new one so I could have one at home and one at work and never have to schlep one back and forth any more. This worked great for a while, but how my home one, which was to stay permanently in my bedroom, is gone. Since it's unlikely that someone snuck into my home and stole only that, I have to assume that I brought it to work today without thinking -- and then didn't notice it all day long?! I don't know. Going back up that way tomorrow, so I'll find out then, I guess. Unsettling.
