"Old hacker buyer's trick when approaching a computer sales person... ask if {whatever doodad} comes with LRF support. If they don't crack a smile and say "yes", walk away quickly."
And if they say yes and you think they're just being a sales weasel, ask if it's internal or external LRF support.

Years ago on an incarnation of the talker.com website, I indicated in the specifications of our server that we had external LRF support. A got a chuckle out of it, as did I.
