Wow... Part of 'Back to the Future II''s future world of 2025 might actually come true -- A video games that require you to use your hands is thought of as a 'baby game'.
Stephen Hawking might even be able to walk again soon.

I'll go a step further and suggest that information display and navigational UIs will be mostly eye- and tooth-driven (respectively) by then.
