OK, feeling back to normal now. Usually a night's sleep always resets any bizarre mental state I might have picked up the day before, but this one took two nights... probably just because the state-effecting event happened so close to bedtime on the first day.

In short, a Qualified Person suggested a course of action to me that resonated with something I've been thinking about for a long time (including out-loud muttering in this journal, now and again), and this unexpected validation suddenly upgraded these things shift from foolish pipe dreams to achievable goals. I haven't felt this hyper with the combined sense of novelty and opportunity since it was suggested I go to grad school. Which doesn't speak highly of my chance of success, b-b-b-but this is different.

There will now follow a lengthy period of snuffling around while I absorb a lot of new information very quickly. Some of you already know what I'm thinking about, and those that don't are free to ask, but until things condense some more I'll not make any direct journalings about it. I did want to note that yesterday's mental paralysis has melted away, though, which is a happy thing.

Be careful.

With no disrespects to the people involved, this could so easily turn into a .bomb situation and the speech that is going around sounds, well, like former work places of mine (no, not THAT one, the OTHER one). Certainly it's a interesting tidbit and it's tasty, but the grass is always greener ....

Not to demotivate you or anything, I'm just saying it as I see it.

We must immediately and pro-actively leverage the synergy of this dynamic opportunity, and drive towards an EBITDA positive quarter, while focusing on our core competency. We can take this side-bar off-line....
