Tangentially, Mike Fincke, who they quote in the article, is my high school friend's brother. It always makes me go, "Eee!" to see his name in conjunction with things like, "orbiting in the international space station." He just had a new baby; the birth announcement arrived in my inbox yesterday, coincidentally enough.
