An acquired taste, apparently

After filing three bug reports and never hearing back from them, I've asked them for a refund, but I'm not really expecting a reply. It's too bad that a happy (and relatively expensive) Mac product with such a bright and shiny façade has such crappy customer support.
UpdateHey, I got a reply to that latest email, and it's what I'd expect from a real business. This is more like it. To hear from anyone there makes me less upset with my purchase, and I'm telling them as much. Updates to follow, in separate posts.

Date: 2005-02-04 02:51 am (UTC)I have used DL with another, stand-alone iSight barcode reader application, but it's a pain in the butt, requiring manual window-swapping ahoy. What I want is the power to tear through my bookshelves, zap zap zap, like at the supermarket checkout, and let the computer do all the work. That's how DL is supposed to work.
