Ha ha ha Sophie is an orgone cannon.

Dramatic formula dictates that Sophie is pregnant now, and I kind of hope that it ain't so. The show will impress me more if the sex wasn't just a mechanism to a softball bittersweet ending, where Ben dies or otherwise goes away (as Samson predicts) but Sophie gets to keep Ben Junior. (And I am assuming that Ruthie is too old for their past liaison to be of similar concern.)

I was hoping that the strange figure who spoke to Sophie at the end of last week's episode was someone new, but I guess it was just her mom being creepy again, since nobody mentioned it (or flashed back to it) but we see plenty of her mom being creepy in new ways.

On that note, the ghosts have learned to speak to the other characters through poor Ruthie, or at least Lodz's has; those were his eyes we saw on her face, near the end. Bad news for Ben.
