Speaking of genitalia, a friend of mine decided Second Life's assortment of third-party in-game purchasable penises was lacking, so he made his own designs for sale.  Put them up for sale two weeks ago, maybe three.

So far he has made a coulpe hundred dollars US, and has paid for his premium account in SL for a year with lots to spare.

I've been playing Second Life for a year and a half now, and I can safely say that genitalia or the use thereof is a good half of the ingame economic activity. Dongs of every shape, size, color and species; 'escorts' to stick them in, and animations of every sexual act imaginable (and some that defy imagination).

I'm currently working on a script for custom genitals that, if I get it working, will introduce (via llOwnerSay() messages about itching and burning sensations, texture changes, etc) the very first sexually transmitted diseases to Second Life.
