The Porter Square Qdoba's totally just sold me moldy nachos.

That's what I get for not rounding an extra corner to hit Ana's instead.

I think for that to work I'd have to upgrade them from moldy nachos to nachos that somehow have mice embedded in them.

My roommate has tried 3 Qdobas in town and neither one was very good. He's given up on the entire chain.

$2.50 is not worth the effort. Anyway I ate more than half of them. I only noticed the mold after I ran out of guacamole.

it's always worth it. i need to give you a crash course in [livejournal.com profile] aspartaimee's guide to getting actual customer service. i think it will change your life. at least it will change your nachos.

I dunno. I'm not sure what they could do to make up for it. A refund is no good - the time and stress of the battle would have a greater cost to me than $2.50 - and I don't want any more of their crap food, even if they offer me free buckets of. Shrug.

for the greater good

dude. [livejournal.com profile] aspartaimee is right that you should kick up a fuss. either they are being crazy dumb about food storage or they are trying to get away with something. in either case, having customers point out the result pushes them towards fixing the problem. even if you don't eat there again, other people are going to, and they deserve unmoldy food.

unless you ordered them with mold. in which case, the burden on the consumer.

when next we chat, i will discuss my many great adventures in customer service. they are both celebratory and profane.
