Posting from my Wii. I was just playing the Flash-based Wii games the Homestar Runner boys made, which you get if you Google [videlectrix Wii]. Wonderful low-budget homebrew!

Now I'm gonna try watching Lost on my TV via the ABC website. Awesome.

Edit from my Mac: Well, the Lost thing didn't work; ABC's website is too baroque for the Wii Opera beta - excuse me, "trial" - to grok. But damn, the smoothness of Flash movies and games running on Wii really wears down my resistance to a Volity/Flash marriage. (Which other developments has been wearing down already, anyway.)

we watched LOST via the website a few weeks ago and I was impressed by how well it worked. haven't seen the most recent ep yet, though.

I'm two eps behind now. I saw the Desmond ep from a new weeks back online and was really happy with the whole experience, too. Too bad I can't get it to work on my Wii; being able to watch it from my couch instead of my computer chair would be perfect.

I just got the chance to use a Wii (not mine) yesterday. It's a impressive machine, though the games that make the best use of the controller are also, as yet, kind of simplistic. My favorite is actually the Wii Sports bowling game, which replicates the experience of real bowling to a remarkable degree, though it's a little easier than the real thing. Wii Play Lazer Hockey is nice too-- the true successor to Pong.
