Dec. 6th, 2006 12:42 pmNetBank is so far being much less bastardly about QuickPost follow-through then their website suggests. Someone is there is looking into the matter for me. Really I should have had more faith in them; in three years I've yet to have an unpleasant customer-service experience with this bank. Not to say they're off the hook yet...
Meanwhile, I had another check on my desk, so I made my first-ever via-ATM deposit yesterday. First I had to find out where the NetBank-deposit-friendly ATMs around Boston are. One of em happens to be a block away from ITA... how about that. (None are otherwise anywhere near my house.) And the money seems to have actually posted, so that solves my rent woes. (I gave Ms. V her check yesterday anyway, figuring that the issue'd get solved one way or another by the time it cleared.)
