I have been spoiled by the many very nice Chinese restaurants within delivery radius of my house. I just bought lunch at a low-rent food-court Chinese place near work. I had forgotten for that for the lower tier of America's Chinese restaurants (and the ones I grew up with), "chicken" doesn't mean "pieces of chicken meat" but "a handful of corn dogs slathered in goo". ihh.

There is a corn dog stand that serves corn dogs and lemonade in the University Towne Centre food court. It's one of the X number of food court fast food places that have been there a long time.. I wonder if they'll ever get shut down and replaced? "Everything comes and goes.. Marked by lovers and styles of clothes.."
