I have been spoiled by the many very nice Chinese restaurants within delivery radius of my house. I just bought lunch at a low-rent food-court Chinese place near work. I had forgotten for that for the lower tier of America's Chinese restaurants (and the ones I grew up with), "chicken" doesn't mean "pieces of chicken meat" but "a handful of corn dogs slathered in goo". ihh.
