Volity.net is still down. CalPOP can't even be bothered to reinstall a system, 16 hours after saying they would, and three days into our downtime.

It's official: CalPOP sucks. Don't give these guys any business.

Update I just called, and the guy tried to get $75 out of me before he'd reinstall the system. I actually got a little angry at him, and he backed down. He's now saying an ETA of "40, 45 minutes." This is truly unbelievable.

nice. You can let them know that they lost two sales as well, because of this. I had asked daerr his opinion of them a few weeks ago, and he said they seemed fine. So I was going to order two servers for my own corporate purposes from them... but no longer.
