i just got fuckin food poisoning from Alex Pizza. I think. In a serious serial barf-mode. Poor Zarf had to listen twice, and then I made him get me from stomachey things I remembered from last year's poisoning, back when I had a health care plan with a dial-a-nurse option. (That was from some cheapie Thai place, I can't even remember which now.)
Wish me luck.

Date: 2006-11-30 01:50 pm (UTC)In addition to the hydration, for the next day or so, stick with plain white rice, boiled chicken or hamburger and bland bread products. If you scarf down rich food the moment you feel hungry again, your poor abused GI tract will tell you what-for, even if its "over" the initial insult.

Date: 2006-11-30 04:53 pm (UTC)Food poisoning sucks. I had a horrible time at Pop!Tech last month, because I was sick still from a bad case of food poisoning.
